A 'GREAT' lunch with friends...
The time shows an hour before noon.. With the great excitement to meet them, I hurried to get there. A great song and a smooth ride.. cant life get any sweeter?
At last, I arrived at the block. From a distance, I saw them; but still busy getting ready before getting in to the shop. I passed by them and try to find a space to park my car. I found it; not far from the shop. I get myself ready, then get out from the car and start walking. A mix thoughts had blinded me with every steps I took. But only highlighted when I passed by few of my friends' cars.
Will I eat a lot to satisfy them? or I might cost them that much? oh well... I just hope I can make them happy to treat me (that's sounds different). Their kindness thought to go for a lunch with me is such a great appreciation for me. I have a few days before I'm off from my working days. I resigned my job and they are my colleagues.
Finally, Im at Misato's enterance. I went in and met them. There should be the PERFECT 7. But, only four of the angels were there. Sitting and smiling. Another three... They are still on their way. We glanced through the menu and made an order according to our 'edibility' power... Raw salmon just not in my menu... Even the salmon roe... na'ah.. We had a chat and made funny jokes while waiting for both foods and others. Shoot a few memorial moments... Soon.. the foods arrived to allure our taste buds. Different look on the foods bring out the curiousity. Take the first bite and Indulgement soon achieved. A good chat while eating... I know its bad habit... but its just something that we cant be miss. No matter where.. school canteen or even at science lab.. LIFE MUST GO ON... hehehhe... :)
"Time passed by very fast when we are having fun".... I AGREED! :) I had a great time and I appreciate the treat. I like to thank them and wish them the best. We took a group photo and gave them a hug and a hand-shake before leaving. Thank you.
